Hastanelerde Tedarik Zinciri Yönetiminde Karşılaşılan Sorunlar Üzerine Bir Alan Araştırması

Abstract

Araştırma kapsamında hastanelerde tedarik zinciri ve satın alma yetkililerinin satın alma süreçlerine yaklaşımının ortaya konulabilmesi için hastanelerin satın alma departmanlarına Hastane Tedarik Zinciri ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Satın alma yetkilerinin sorulara verdikleri yanıtlara frekans analizi, Bağımsız T testi, OnewayAnova ve Faktör Analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma ile satın alma ve tedarik süreçlerine etki eden etkenler ve satın alma yetkililerinin tutumlarına ilişkin sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Satın alma departmanı çalışanları hastane tedarik zincirini diğer sektörlerin süreçlerinden farklı olarak görmekte, ürün değerlendirme ve nihai satın alma kararlarını buna göre şekillendirmektedir.

Hospital Supply Chain scale was applied to the purchasing departments of the hospitals so that the approach of the supply chain and the purchasing authorities to the purchasing processes can be indicated in the scope of there search. Frequency response analysis, Independent T test, OnewayAnovaand Factor Analysis were applied to the answers given by the purchasing authorities. There search has reached the conclusions regarding the factor saffecting procurement and procurement processes and the attitudes of the purchasing authorities. The purchasing department staff sees the hospital supply chain as different from other sectors' processes and shapes producte valuation and final purchasing decisions accordingly.
