Sağlık Sektöründe Bilgi Teknolojilerinin Kullanımı Verimlilik İlişkisi: Kamu Kurumu Örneği

Abstract

Bu araştırma Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı sağlık tesisinde; sağlık sektöründeki bilgi teknolojileri kullanımının ana unsuru olan verimlilik alt kategorileri ile çalışan performans verimliliği ve maliyet verimliliği değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma, sağlık tesislerinde bilgi teknolojileri kullanımının, verimlilik üzerindeki etkisinin değerlendirilmesi amacı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırma modeli olarak sahaya anket çalışması uygulanmış ve analiz edilerek raporlanmıştır.

This research was conducted at the health facility of the Ministry of Health; the performance efficiency and cost efficiency of employees working with the productivity sub-categories, which are the main elements of the use of information technology in the health sector, have been evaluated. The research was carried out with the aim of assessing the use of information technology in health facilities, on productivity. As a research model, the questionnaire survey was applied and analyzed and reported.
