Abstract

International Academic Cooperation Initiative as Part of a Visit to China by Istanbul Gelişim University Sichuan University Sister University and Preliminary Protocol During the contacts made with Sichuan University within the scope of the Belt and Road International Global Cooperation Forum, a strong will was expressed to establish a sister university relationship between the two universities. A preliminary protocol covering cooperation in many areas, including student and faculty exchange programmes, joint scientific research and projects, was signed.
