Prof. Murat Doğan, Vce Dean of the Faculty of Fne Arts (FFA) at Istanbul Gelşm Unversty (IGU) and a faculty member n the Department of Gastronomy and Culnary Arts, was a guest at Halt Armay Anatolan Hgh School as part of the TÜBİTAK Scence Talks. At the event held on May 28, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Murat Doğan delvered hs talk ttled "Let the Food We Eat Be Safe: Food Safety, " organzed as part of the TÜBİTAK Scence Talks, at Halt Armay Anatolan Hgh School. The event, whch drew great nterest from students and teachers, hghlghted the vtal mportance of food safety
