Abstract

AWARENESS WORKSHOP ON FREE PALESTİNE FROM THE PASTRY AND BAKERY PROGRAM A portion of the products prepared was presented to Assoc. Prof. Taner Atasoy, the Deputy Manager of our Vocational School, for his academic contributions and support in planning and executing the event held at our university. We extend our respect to him for his valuable contributions to the successful completion of the process.
