Abstract

SUSTAINABLE QUALITY CERTIFIED: IGU RENEWS TS-ISO 10002 MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATE Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) successfully completed the audit process conducted by the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) between July 28–30, 2025, and earned the renewal of its ISO 10002 Student and Stakeholder Satisfaction Management System Certificate. Lecturer Enes KALYONCU, Vice Dean of the IGU Student Dean’s Office, emphasized that this development reflects the university’s transparent, systematic, and continuously improving approach to satisfaction management.
