dc.description.abstract	The Danger Coming to Our Table: “Listeria Monocytogenes” Bacteria, Food Contamination and Its Health Effects In the recent inspections carried out by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, Food Engineers, “Listeria Monocytogenes” bacteria, a bacteria harmful to human health, was detected in a product named “Mom's Meatballs Chicken Butcher Meatballs” of a white meat producer brand. So what is this bacteria and why and how was it found in a product that reaches our table?
