Abstract

A Journey from Curiosity to Success My name is Berzan ALP. I am a graduate of the Audiometry Program at the Istanbul Gelisim University School of Health Services Vocational School, and I am currently continuing my double major studies in the Medical Imaging Techniques Program. During the 2025–2026 academic year, I had the honor of graduating as the Valedictorian of Istanbul Gelisim University’s Associate Degree Programs as well as the top-ranking student of the School of Health Services Vocational School. I see this achievement as the outcome of a journey that began with curiosity and was shaped by my continuous desire for self-improvement. When I was choosing my university program, pursuing a career in the healthcare field was not among my primary goals. My interest in technology initially led me toward different fields. However, after discovering the Audiometry Program, I began to see technology as an integral part of a profession that directly improves people's lives, which completely changed my perspective. As I became more familiar with the field, my interest grew, and it gradually transformed into a profession that I genuinely enjoy and proudly embrace.
