Major Breakthrough in Internship Mobility: An agreement Signed with Michelin Star Restaurant Sedem IECO started to work on reaching an agreement within the scope of Internship Mobility as well as Study Mobility agreements last December. As a result of intense efforts and correspondence within the scope of these studies, a very important internship agreement was made that our Gastronomy and Culinary Arts students can benefit from. Thanks to the internship agreement, our students will have the opportunity to perform their Erasmus+ Internship Mobility at the Michelin-starred Restaurant Sedem, which has a great reputation in the international arena. Previously, many institutions were contacted to support our students in finding an institution for internship mobility. One of these institutions was the Vocational College of Hospitality and Tourism Maribor in Slovenia, which is our partner within the scope of Learning Mobility. The institution, with which we have been actively exchanging students and staff since 2021, stated that they would accept our students within the scope of Internship Mobility as a result of the meetings held. Within the scope of the agreement with the institution, Restaurant Sedem will accept 2 students per year for internship mobility. In addition, our bilateral agreement with the Vocational College of Hospitality and Tourism Maribor has been extended until 2029.
