Abstract

GENDER EQUALITY Sustainable Development Goal 5 aims to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls. Universities contribute through education, research, equitable employment, decision-making processes and community engagement. STRATEGIC FOCUS OF THE REPORT Under its 2024–2028 Gender Equality Action Plan, Istanbul Gelisim University provides a coordinated framework for recruitment and career development, work–life balance, equal representation, education and research, and the prevention of violence and discrimination. This report brings together verifiable activities and indicators for 1 January–31 December 2025.
