| dc.description.abstract | The short films "Cennet", which were executive produced by Asst. Prof. Emre Doğan, an academician from Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU), Faculty of Fine Arts (GSF), Radio, Television and Cinema Department, and directed by Mert and Berk Sata brothers, received support from the Ministry of Culture. Asst. Prof. Emre Doğan, who took part in the project as the executive producer, shared his views on the project and the process of finding support: “First of all, we were very happy that Cennet, which is quite different from the short film culture that has been built and manifested in Turkey, especially in recent years, and has a unique scenario, received support from the General Directorate of Cinema. Because we had serious concerns about the 'understandability' of the script. I am almost certain that the Sata Brothers will accomplish much greater things in the future, and I am sure that they will cope with this task with great success (...)" | en_US |
