Abstract

Special Soup Served for the Month of Ramadan Istanbul Gelisim University is organizing a meaningful event to foster the spirit of sharing and solidarity during Ramadan on campus. Throughout Ramadan, soup will be served at Iftar time on the university campus. The event, organized in G and C Blocks with the contributions of the Culinary Arts and Gastronomy Department, is open to all academic and administrative staff and students.
