Pandemi Sürecinde İnternet Tabanlı Yönetim Modelinin Gelişimi

Abstract

Teknolojinin gelişmesiyle birlikte küreselleşme kavramı da önem kazanmaya başlamıştır. Bu iki kavramın olumlu etkileri olduğu gibi olumsuz etkileri de oluşabilmektedir. Teknolojinin yayılması, bilgi alışverişinin kolay ve hızlı olması, ticaretin gelişmesi gibi avantaj durumları yarattığı gibi krizlerin çabuk kolay ve hızlı yayılması gibi tüm dünyayı etkileyen dezavantajlar da yaratabilmektedir. Kriz kavramı bazen öngörülebilir olduğu gibi ansızın birden de meydana gelebilmektedir. Covid-19 pandemisi de öngörülemeyen ve etkisi tüm dünyayı saran bir tehdit olmuştur. Krizlerin etkili bir şekilde atlatılabilmesi için tehditleri fırsat olarak görmek ve yenilikçi yaklaşımlarla dezavantajları avantajlı duruma getirmek önemli bir husustur. Bu çalışmada Covid-19 pandemi krizinden dolayı ortaya çıkan internet tabanlı yönetim kavramı ve fonksiyonları incelenmiştir. Covid-19 pandemisinin internet tabanlı yönetim anlayışının geliştirilmesinde olan olumlu etkileri incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak internet tabanlı yönetim fonksiyonlarının işletmeler üzerinde olumlu etkileri olduğu anlaşılmış olup bu sürecin daha etkili ilerlemesi için internet tabanlı yönetim modelinin kriz sonrasında da uygulanması gerektiği ortaya konmuştur.

With the development of technology, the concept of globalization has begun to gain importance. While these two concepts have positive effects, they can also have negative effects. It can create advantages such as the spread of technology, the ease and speed of information exchange, and the development of trade, as well as disadvantages that affect the whole world, such as the rapid spread of crises. The concept of crisis can sometimes occur suddenly, as well as predictably. The Covid-19 pandemic has also been an unpredictable threat that swept the world. In order to overcome crises effectively, it is important to see threats as opportunities and to turn disadvantages into advantages with innovative approaches. In this study, the concept and functions of internet-based management that emerged due to the Covid-19 pandemic crisis were examined, the concepts of crisis and crisis management were explained, and the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic were included. In the research part, the way of application of internet-based management functions in the Covid-19 pandemic period, which is described as a crisis period in enterprises, has been examined through examples. As a result, it has been understood that internet-based management functions have an impact on businesses, and an internet-based management model has been put forward for this process to progress more effectively.
