Göçmenlerin Alman toplumuna entegrasyonunda kültür sorunu (Bremen' deki Suriyeli mülteciler örneği)

Abstract

İnsanlık tarihinin başlangıcından beri süregelen olgulardan biri de göçtür. İnsanlar kimi zaman ekonomik sebepler, kimi zaman savaşlar, kimi zamanda doğal afetler gibi sebeplerle sürekli olarak göç etmek zorunda kalmışlardır. Günümüzde bu göç hareketleri doruk noktasına ulaşmıştır. Bu göç hareketleri kendiyle birlikte birçok sorunu da beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu sorunlardan biri de göç eden kişi ya da topluluğun yeni geldiği topluma entegrasyonudur. Göçmen entegrasyonu, hem göçmen, hem de yeni geldiği toplum açısından önem taşımaktadır. Göçmen entegrasyonun birçok boyutu olmakla birlikte bu çalışmada kültürel entegrasyon boyutuna yoğunlaşılmıştır. Çalışmamızda Suriye'de ki iç savaş nedeniyle yurtlarını terk etmek zorunda kalmış göçmenlerin ve mültecilerin Almanya' nın Bremen kentindeki kültürel entegrasyonu çokkültürlülük temelinde ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda Almanya' nın ve Bremen eyaletinin siyasi çalışmaları da irdelenmiştir.

One of the facts that have been going on since the beginning of human history is migration. People sometimes have to migrate constantly for reasons such as economic reasons, sometimes wars, sometimes natural disasters. Today, these migration movements have reached their peak. These migration movements bring with it many problems. One of these problems is the integration of the immigrant person or community into the new community. Immigrant integration is important both for the immigrant itself and for the newly arrived society. Although there are many dimensions of immigrant integration, this study focused on the cultural integration dimension. Our study is focusing on the cultural integration of immigrants, who had to leave their homes due to the civil war in Syria. This study try to solve migrants problems, was discussed on the basis of multiculturalism. In this context, the political studies of Germany and the state of Bremen were also examined.
