Abstract

Merhaba, Yüksekokulumuz, kurulduğu ve eğitim-öğretime başladığı 2012 yılından itibaren, öğrencilerimizin eğitimine katkı için yapılması gerekenlere özen göstermiştir. Birçok olguda öğrencilerimizin de sürece katkılarını sağlamak temel ilkemiz olmuştur. 18 – 19 Nisan 2019 tarihlerinde Üniversitemizde gerçekleştirilen “I. Ulusal Sağlık Bilimleri Öğrenci Kongresi” (IGUSAGOK 2019) da öğrencilerimizin katkıları ile başarıya ulaşan ilklerden bir etkinliğimiz olmuştur. Kongremiz 1270 katılımcı ile gerçekleşmiştir. Bu sayı içerisinde 45 farklı Üniversiteden 290 öğrenci arkadaşımız yer almaktadır. Gönderilen bildiriler arasında, Bilimsel Kurul tarafından kabul edilmeyenler dışında belirlenen 32 sözlü sunu, 129 poster sunu olmak üzere toplam 161 sunu yer almıştır. Kongrede yapılan sunular, yayınlanacak “Kongre Kitabı” içerisinde yer alacaktır. Yayınlanmaya başladığı günden beri sağlıklı büyümesini sürdüren Dergimiz ise 7. sayısıyla sizlerle birlikte oluyor. Başlangıcından bugüne kadar geçen sürede Dergimize olan güvenin artması, sizlerin katkıları ile sağlanmıştır. Emeği geçen siz yazarlarımıza ve Dergimizi yayına hazırlayan tüm çalışma arkadaşlarıma teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum. Deepak Chopra “İçinize ne kadar çok ışık girmesine izin verirseniz, yaşadığınız dünya da o kadar parlak olur” demektedir. Greetings, Our school of health sciences did everything required to contribute to the education of our students starting from 2012, when it was founded and started education. In many cases, it was our basic principal to let our students contribute to this process. The National Health Sciences Student Congress held between 18-19 April 2019 (IGUSAGOK 2019) was an example of such an event which achieved its success with the contributions of our students. 1270 attendees have partaken in the congress including 290 students from 45 different universities. The congress had a total of 161 presentations, including 32 oral presentations and 129 poster presentations, except for those not accepted by the Scientific Committee. Presentations will be included in the “Congress Book” which will be published soon. Our journal has been steadily growing since it was first published and as of the moment, is celebrating its 7th issue. The increasing trust in our journal since its inception is a direct result of your contributions. I would like to extend my gratitude to all of the authors and my colleagues who helped us for publication of our journal. As Deepak Chopra once said, “The more light you allow within you, the brighter the world you live in will be.” I wish our journal will also shine a light within you and offer my respects and love.
