İstanbul Gelişim Üniversitesi İstanbul Gelişim Meslek Yüksekokulu2021-05-312021-05-312021https://hdl.handle.net/11363/2791Under the leadership of IGVS, Human Resources Program, Lecturer Gonca YILMAZ and Human Resources Management Program 2nd year student Pınar ERGÜNER, Senior students participated in the “Enneagram and Temperament Recognition Workshop” programunderthe leadership of Gülşen ERGANİ within the Family Academy unit affiliated to Eyüpsultan Municipality, Women and Family Services Directorate. The training, which will last about 8 weeks, is organized for young people between the ages of 16-25 and couples and provides guidance on occupational choice focused on awareness, potential exploration and temperament. In the workshop, there are 9 types of temperament, general characteristics, subtypes, relationship dynamics between temperaments, healthy / unhealthy temperament development and temperaments’ parent attitudes-oriented general temperaments. Recognizing and interpreting personalities is of great importance in the field of Human Resources. Human Resources management needs to manage temperament differences and gather expectations and desired competencies from candidates in one point. While making these definitions, it contributes to being objective in the evaluation.
