Analiz sonuçlarında aktif iletişim tarzlarının açık ve gizli muhalefet üzerindeki etkisinde örgütsel erdemliliğin düzenleyici rolünün bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.The aim of this study is to determine the moderation role of organizational virtuousness in the effect of active communication style on organizational dissent. For this purpose, research survey on the variables was applied to 851 employees in 4 and 5 star hotels in Turkey.
