BIST XTEKS Endeksinde Faaliyette Bulunan İşletmelerin Finansal Performanslarının Değerlendirilmesi İçin Bir Model Önerisi

Abstract

Tekstil endüstrisi ekonomik kalkınma ve gelişim açısından kilit endüstrilerden birisidir. Söz konusu endüstrinin performansı tekstil tedarik zincirinde yer alan tüm aktörlerin genel performansının yanı sıra, ülkenin gelişmişlik düzeyini de doğrudan etkilemektedir. Buna karşılık, tekstil işletmelerinin performanslarının değerlendirilmesi mevcut çok sayıda çelişkili kriterin yanı sıra, son derece karmaşık durumlardan dolayı karar vericiler için kolay bir iş değildir. Bununla birlikte literatürde tekstil işletmelerinin performansını ölçmek üzere genel kabul gören bir matematiksel modelin yanı sıra, üzerinde uzlaşılmış bir kriter seti de bulunmamaktadır. Bu çalışma literatürde gözlemlenen bu boşlukların giderilmesine katkı sağlamak amacıyla bir saha çalışması yürüterek bir kriter seti belirlenmiştir. Aynı zamanda gereksinim duyulan bir değerlendirme modeli sunmak üzere CRITIC ve MAIRCIA tekniklerinden oluşan bir kombinasyonun kullanılması önerilmektedir. Buna ek olarak önerilen modelin tutarlılığını ve geçerliliğini test etmek üzere 99 farklı senaryodan oluşan kapsamlı bir duyarlılık analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analizin sonuçları önerilen modelin uygulanabilirliği, tutarlılığı ve kararlılığını kanıtlamaktadır.

The textile industry is one of the critical sectors in the aspect of economic development and growth. The industry’s performance directly affects the level of development of a country and affects the overall performance of all stakeholders in the textile supply chains. However, evaluation of the performance of the textile companies is not an easy business for decisionmakers, as there are many conflicting criteria in addition to many complicated situations. Besides, as well as there is no commonly accepted mathematical model for measuring the performance of the textile companies, the criteria set that is commonly accepted on that. The current paper identified criteria set by performing fieldwork to fill the gaps existing in the literature; also, it proposes a combination consisting of the CRITIC and the MAIRCIA techniques to present an evaluation model that is required. In addition, a comprehensive sensitivity analysis, consisting of different 99 scenarios, was performed to test the validity and applicability of the proposed model. The results of the analysis prove the validity, consistency, and stability of the model.
