Abstract

From Science Fiction to Reality: Apple Vision Pro

- Apple CEO Tim Cook recently took the stage at the Apple developer conference to announce the long-awaited virtual reality headset. Dubbed Vision Pro, Apple's new VR headset is the company's biggest product launch since AirPods. It is also Apple's first augmented reality headset.

- Vision Pro looks like ski goggles and has a different design than other VR headsets, allowing users to see the outside world. With this structure, Vision Pro paves the way for users to have an experience without breaking away from the surrounding environment. In other words, when using Vision Pro, people around can be seen or isolation from the external environment can be provided optionally. In this way, Apple aims to make the virtual reality experience more social and realistic. It is also possible with Vision Pro to transform the surrounding space, resize it, and play with the external environment by choosing from beautiful landscapes (for example, turning the environment into a landscape, sky, ocean, etc.).
