Abstract
Nowadays, achieving dominance in space is realized, on the one hand, through unlimited expansionism, and on the
other hand, through cooperation in new scientific and technological fields. New conflict and/or cooperation-based
relations in space, as well as on Earth, play an active role in the formation of new power centers and new
peripheries.
