Zonguldak'in Lojistik Potansiyeli Ve Mevcut Durum Analizi

Abstract

Ülkelerin ve şirketlerin ekonomik başarı sağlanmasındaki anahtar rol görevini lojistik sektörü üstlenmiştir. Son yıllarda ticari rekabet koşullarının giderek zorlaşması, firmaları ve ülkeleri birtakım yeniliklere zorlamıştır. Bu yeniliklerden etkilenen sektörlerin başında lojistik sektörü gelmektedir. Bir ülkenin, bir ilin gelişmesinde o bölgeye yapılan lojistik yatırımların katkısı tartışılamaz. Ülkemizin Karadeniz bölgesinde kalan Zonguldak, liman şehri olması sebebiyle lojistik alanında oldukça önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu çalışmada Zonguldak ilinin mevcut durumunu veriler ışığında incelenerek, SWOT analizi yöntemiyle değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. SWOT analiziyle birlikte Zonguldak’ın güçlü ve zayıf yönleri belirlenmiş, gelecekteki fırsat ve tehditler ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda Filyos Projesinin tamamlanması ve yeni bulunan doğalgaz rezervlerinin kullanılmasıyla birlikte şehirde büyük bir üretim ve lojistik potansiyel oluşacağı sonucuna varılmıştır. Zonguldak ilinde bütün taşıma modlarının aktif olması ve üretim merkezlerine yakın olması da önemli avantajlar arasında yer almaktadır. Bunlara ek olarak birtakım eksikliklere vurgu yapılarak, lojistik verimliliğin sağlanması hedeflenmiştir. Analiz sonucunun önemli yer altı kaynaklarına sahip olan Zonguldak ilinin lojistik potansiyelinin ortaya çıkarılmasına katkı sağlanması beklenilmektedir.

Logistics sector has undertaken the key role in achieving economic success of countries and companies.The increasing difficulty of commercial competition conditions in recent years has forced companies and countries to some innovations.Logistics sector comes first among the sectors affected by these innovations. The contribution of logistic investments to a region in the development of a country and a city is indisputable. Zonguldak, which is located in the Black Sea region of our country, has a very important place in logistics area as it is a port city. In this study, the current state of the province of Zonguldak has been examined in the light of the data and evaluated by SWOT analysis method. With the SWOT analysis, the strengths and weaknesses of Zonguldak have been identified and future opportunities and threats have been revealed. As a result of the study, it was concluded that with the completion of the Filyos Project and the use of the newly discovered natural gas reserves, a great production and logistics potential will be created in the city. Having all of the transport modes active in Zonguldak province and its proximity to production centers are among the important advantages. In addition to these, it is aimed to provide logistics efficiency by emphasizing some deficiencies. The result of the analysis is expected to contribute to revealing the logistic potential of Zonguldak province, which has important underground resources.
