El bileğindeki hareket açıklığının profesyonel kadın basketbolcularda şut tekniğine etkisinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırma, Türkiye Kadınlar Basketbol Ligindeki yetişkin, ve aynı ligin genç takımları arasında 25 sporcunun farklı takımlarının el bileği eklem hareket açıklıklarının şut parametrelerine bakılarak aralarında bir ilişki olup olmadığını incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda oyuncuların el bileğindeki, dorsal ekstansiyon ve palmar fleksiyon lateralden ve tam karşısından, radial deviasyon ve ulnar deviasyonları ise kuş bakışı olarak fotoğraflanarak, Kinovea 0.8.15 paket programında açısal değerleri saptanmıştır. Oyuncuların alınan açılarından sonra AAHPERD hızlı şut testi uygulanarak, liglerinde sergilemiş oldukları atışlarının toplamı, başarılı sonuçlandırdığı atışlar ile bu iki parametrenin yüzdelik dilimlerine bakılmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS 26.0 paket programında yapılmıştır. Ölçümler öncesinde ve sonrasında grupların antropometrik olarak normal dağılım sergileyip sergilemediğini görmek için tanımlayıcı istatistikten, fisher testi, çarpıklık ve basıklık katsayılarına bakılmış (±3), kulüpler ile değişkenler arasında yapılmış olan tanımlayıcı istatistiklerde (±3) grupların normal dağıldığını göstermiştir. Elde edilen verilerden ANOVA testinde anlamlı sonuçlar elde edilmiş, anlamlı olan değişkenler ile ilgili Posthoc Tukey uygulanmıştır. Tüm değişkenlerin takıma göre, korelasyonlarını incelemek için, Pearson Korelasyon ilişki katsayısı, testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; takımlar arasında el bileği hareketlerinden Palmar Fleksiyonda, Genç ve A takım seviyesindeki iki takım ortalama uygun açı sergilerken, diğer A takımın geniş açıda kaldığı gözlemlenmiştir (p<0,01). Kategorik Atış yüzdeleri ile Ulnar Deviasyonda düşük yüzdede olanların daha dar açı ile yüksek kaliteli açısal değere sahip olduğu gözlemlenmiştir (p<0,05). Takımların korelasyon ilişkilerinde ise el bileği değişkenleri, Antropometrik ve atışları aralarında, negatif ve pozitif ilişkilere rastlanmıştır.

This study was conducted to examine whether there is relationship between the adult and youth teams of the Turkish Women’s Basketball League buy looking at the shooting parameters of the wrist range of motion of different teams of 25 basketball players. In this direction, dorsal extension and palmar flexion of the wrists of the players were photographed laterally and directly opposite and radial deviation and ulnar deviations were photographed from a overhead view, and their angular values were determined in the Kinovea 0.8.15 package program. After the angles of the players, the AAHPERD quick shot test was applied, the total of the shots they exhibited in their leagues, the successful shots and he percentages of these two parameters were examined. The analysis of the data was done in SPSS 26.0 package program. Before and after the measurements, the fisher test, skewness and kurtosis coefficients were examined (± 3) from the descriptive statistics to see whether the groups displayed normal distribution as anthropometric (± 3), and the descriptive statistics (± 3) between the cluba and the variables showed that the groups were normally distributed. Significant results were obtained in the ANOVA test from the obtained data, Posthoc Tukey was applied for the variables that were significant. Pearson Correlation coefficient test was applied to examine the correlations of all variables according to the team. As a result of the research; It was observed that while two teams in Palmar Flexion, youth and adult team, which is one of the wrist movements among the teams, exhibited an average suitable angle, the other adult team remained in a wide angle (p <0.01). It was observed that categorical shooting percentages and those with low percentage in Ulnar Deviation have higher quality angular values with narrower angles (p <0.01). In the correlation relations of the teams, negative and positive relationships were found between wrist variables, anthropometric and shots.
