Sürdürülebilirlik bağlamında ekonomik büyüme ve ekolojik bozulma ilişkisi

Abstract

Ekolojik sistemleri ve doğanın sınırlarını dikkate almayan tüketim ve üretim sistemi çevreyi olumsuz şekilde etkilemektedir. Ekonomik büyümenin zaman içinde çevre sorunlarını durdurulamayacak boyutlara kadar getirmesi, gelecek nesillere yaşanabilir bir dünya bırakma endişesini de beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu bağlamda gelecek nesillerin ihtiyaçlarını gözeterek, günümüz neslinin ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması diğer bir ifade ile sürdürülebilir kalkınmanın sağlanması gerekmektedir. Bu amaçla doğal kaynakların rasyonel şekilde kullanılması ve gelecek nesillere beklentilere uygun ekolojik ortamın sağlanması önem arz etmektedir.

The fact that economic growth has brought environmental problems to an unstoppable extent over time brings with it the concern of leaving a livable world to future generations. In this context, it is necessary to meet the needs of today's generation in order to ensure sustainable development by taking into account the needs of future generations. For this purpose, it is important to use natural resources rationally and to provide an ecological environment suitable for future generations.
