Vardiyalı Çalışma Sisteminin Çalışan Motivasyonu Üzerine Etkisi: Özel Güvenlik Personeli Üzerine Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Tezin birinci bölümünde vardiyalı çalışma sisteminin tarihi, düzeni ve vardiyalı çalışma nedenlerinden bahsedilmiş, ikinci bölümünde ise motivasyon, motivasyonu etkileyen faktörler ve motivasyon teorileri anlatılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise, özel güvenlik sisteminin çalışanlar üzerinde motivasyona etkisi, araştırma hipotezleri, önemi ve bulguları üzerinde durulmuştur. Özel güvenlik personelinin vardiyalı çalışma sisteminden kaynaklı motivasyon eksikliklerine çözüm ve mesai saatlerini düzenlenmesi yorumlanmıştır. Özel güvenlik personelinin Türkiye'de öneminin her gecen gün arttığını belirterek vardiyalı çalışma sistemine bakış açıları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ölçme aracı olarak İstanbul ilinde Ataşehir ilçesinde sitede çalışan özel güvenlik görevlileriyle yüz yüze görüşme yöntemiyle anket uygulanmıştır. In the first part of our thesis of the history of a shift work system, layout, and due to shift work granted,in the second section, motivation, facoftors of motivation tion theories are discussed. In the third chapter, the influence of motivation on the employees private security system, research hypothesis, significance and focuses on the findings.The solution of the lack of motivation due to the shift work system of the private security personnel and the regulation of working hours are interpreted.It has been tried to determine the points of view of the shift work system by stating that the importance of private security personnel increases every day in Turkey. As a means of measurement, a face-to-face interview was conducted with private security officers working in the city of Ataşehir in the province of Istanbul.
