Üniversite sınav sürecinde kader algısı ve sınav anksiyetesi ilişkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın seçilmesinde araştırmacının mesleği olan öğretmenlik ve bu süreçte kendisine yöneltilen sorular etkili olmuştur. Öğrenciler ergenlik döneminde felsefi ve dini düşüncelere meraklı olmakta ve ne benimseyeceklerine karar verme aşamasında bulunmaktadırlar. Türkiye'de bir gerçeklik olan din her kesimden öğrenciyi ama az ama çok düşünce yapısı bakımından şekillendirmektedir. Üniversite sınav süreci de öğrenciler için önemli bir dönüm noktasıdır. Ölüm, evlilik, boşanma gibi insan hayatını yakından ilgilendiren önemli hususlar kader anlayışında karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Günümüzde bu önemli kararlardan birini de üniversite tercihi olarak görebiliriz. Dolayısıyla öğrencilerin zihnindeki kader algısı ve bu süreçte yaşadıkları sınav kaygısı bu süreçte kesişmektedir. Tezde bu iki olgu arasında bir ilişki var mı, varsa yönü nedir, şiddeti nedir gibi konular ele alınmıştır. Araştırma sınav kaygısını en net hisseden grup olan 12. sınıflar ve mezuna kalan öğrenciler üzerinde yapılmıştır. Sınav kaygı düzeyleri Spielberger (1980) tarafından geliştirilen Öner (1990) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan ''Sınav Kaygısı Envanteri'' ile değerlendirilmiştir. Öğrencilerin kader algısına karşı tutumları ise Horozcu (2018) tarafından geliştirilen 'Teistik Kader Algısı Ölçeği' nden faydalanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Buna ek olarak demografik değişkenler için de araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan Kişisel Bilgi Formu uygulanmıştır. Araştırma da anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Anket sorularına verilen cevaplar SPSS istatistik programına girilmiştir. Araştırmanın alt problemlerinde ise kaygı ve kader algısı ilişkisinin sosyodemografik veri formunda yer alan çeşitli kişisel değişkenlerle ilişkisi ele alınmıştır.

Teaching was the researcher's profession and the questions posed to him were effective in the selection of this study. Students are interested in philosophical and religious thoughts during adolescence and are in the process of deciding what to adopt. Students from all walks of religion in Turkey is shaping a reality, but a lot of thought but little in terms of structure. The university exam process is also an important milestone for students. Death, marriage, divorce and other important issues of human life are closely related to the understanding of fate. Nowadays, one of these important decisions can be seen as a university choice. Therefore, the perception of fate in the students' minds and the test anxiety they experience during this process intersect in this process. In this thesis, whether there is a relationship between these two cases, if any, what is the direction, what is the severity of the subjects. The research was carried out on the 12th grade students and the graduates who had the most clear feeling of exam anxiety. Exam anxiety levels were evaluated with the "Test Anxiety Inventory", which was developed by Öner (1990) and developed by Spielberger (1980). Students' attitudes towards fate perception were evaluated by "Theistic Destiny Perception Scale" developed by Horozcu (2018). In addition, the Personal Information Form prepared by the researcher for demographic variables was applied. Survey technique was used in the research. The answers to the questionnaire questions were entered into SPSS statistics program. In the sub-problems of the study, the relationship between anxiety and fate perception and various personal variables in the sociodemographic data form were discussed.
