İstanbul'da ki mega projeler açısından lojistik köyler: İstanbul ili yer önerisi

Abstract

Küreselleşmenin etkisiyle birlikte uluslararası pazarların tümünde rekabet ortamının artması, işletmelerin üretim ve dağıtım gibi bölümlerde zorluklar yaşamasına sebep olmuştur. İşletmelerin uluslararasılaşma süreci göz önüne alındığında lojistik faaliyetlerin önemi net bir şekilde karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Uluslararası ticarette başarıya ulaşmış işletmeler ve ülkeler incelediğinde, lojistik faaliyetlerin önemini kavrayan şirketler ve ülkelerin başta geldiği görülmektedir. Bu ülkeler ve işletmeler lojistik faaliyetlerini, metropol kentlerde planlayıp, uygulamayı ve Mega Projeler ile de desteklemeyi amaçlamışlardır. İşletmelerin lojistik faaliyetlerin önemini kavraması, lojistik faaliyetlerin uluslararası ticaretteki etkin rolü, Mega Projelerin lojistik faaliyetlere etkileri gibi konular incelendiğinde, lojistik köylerin yapılması planlanan Mega Projeler ile entegre bir şekilde olması gerektiği ve bu projelerin kesişim noktalarında bulunması gerektiği anlaşılmıştır. Çalışmanın literatür kısmında lojistik, lojistik köyler ve mega projeler kavramları açıklanmıştır. Lojistik köylerin etkin bir şekilde faaliyete geçirildiklerinde ülke ekonomisine ne tür katkılar sağlayacağı anlatılmıştır. Lojistik köylerin özellikleri ve türleri ile birlikte Dünya'da ve Türkiye'deki lojistik köylerden örnekler verilmiştir. Son olarak çalışmamızın araştırma kısmını da oluşturan lojistik köylerin, mega projeler ile entegrasyonu konusu ele alınmış ve yer önerisinde bulunulmuştur. Araştırmanın amacı ülkenin içerisinde bulunduğu ekonomik büyüme trendine nasıl fayda sağlanabileceğini ve İstanbul gibi bir metropol kentin ve içerisinde bulunan mega projelerin nasıl etkin ve verimli bir şekilde lojistik sektörüne entegre edilebileceğini anlatmaktır. Lojistik köylerin faydalarından ve öneminden bahsederek, farkındalık yaratmak amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla İstanbul ili sınırları içerisinde bulunan ve mega projelerin güzergahında bulunan Yassıören bölgesi lojistik sektörü açısından incelenmiştir. Araştırmamız kapsamında elde ettiğimiz bulgulara baktığımızda; lojistik köylerle birlikte taşımacılık, dağıtım ve depolama gibi faaliyetlerin gerçekleşmesi daha kontrollü bir şekilde gerçekleşecektir. Bununla birlikte mega projelerle de etkin bir şekilde uygulanmaları doğrultusunda ise tüm lojistik faaliyetlerin maliyetlerini ciddi oranda azaltacağı görülecektir. Tüm taşıma türlerinin bir arada olmasıyla birlikte ülkelerin uluslararası ticarette daha etkin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak lojistik köylerin mega projelerle entegre edilebileceği ve bu uygulamaların olumlu dış ticaret verileri ile tüm lojistik faaliyetlerin maliyetlerini düşürebileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.

With the effect of globalization, the increase in the competitive environment in all international markets caused the enterprises to face difficulties in the departments such as production and distribution. Considering the internationalization process of the enterprises, the importance of logistics activities clearly emerges. When companies and countries that have succeeded in international trade are analyzed, it is seen that companies and countries that grasp the importance of logistic activities come first. These countries and businesses aimed to plan and implement their logistics activities in metropolitan cities and to support them with mega Projects. When the subjects such as the comprehension of the importance of logistics activities, the effective role of logistics activities in international trade, the effects of mega projects on logistics activities were examined, it was understood that logistics villages should be integrated with mega projects planned and these projects should be located at the intersection points. In the literature part of the study, the concepts of logistics, logistics villages and mega projects are explained. It is explained what kind of contributions logistic villages will make to the economy of the country when they are put into operation effectively. together with the characteristics and types of logistics villages are given examples of logistics park in the world and Turkey. Finally, the integration of logistic villages, which also constitute the research part of our study, with mega projects has been handled and a site proposal has been made. The aim of the research is to explain how the economic growth trend of the country can be benefited and how a metropolitan city such as Istanbul and mega projects in it can be effectively and efficiently integrated into the logistics industry. It is aimed to raise awareness by talking about the benefits and importance of logistic villages. For this purpose, the Yassıören region, located within the borders of the city of Istanbul and on the route of mega projects, has been examined in terms of logistics sector. When we look at the findings we obtained within the scope of our research; Activities such as transportation, distribution and storage together with logistics villages will take place in a more controlled way. On the other hand, it will be seen that all logistics activities will significantly reduce their costs in line with their effective implementation with mega projects. It is determined that countries are more in international trade with all transportation types. As a result, it has been concluded that logistics villages can be integrated with mega projects and these applications can reduce the costs of all logistics activities with positive foreign trade data.
