Abstract

Dergimizin değerli okuyucuları, İGÜ Sosyal Bilimler Dergisi’nin sekizinci sayısında sizlerle birlikte olmanın heyecanını ve akademik dergicilikte kısa sürede büyük yol almanın haklı mutluluğunu yaşıyoruz. Yayın hayatımızın dördüncü yılına başlarken belirlediğimiz bilimsel yaklaşım ve duruşu hiç bozmadık. Bilimsel ölçütleri ve akademik dergiciliğin değişmez kurallarını sıkı bir şekilde uyguladık ve bunun karşılığını saygın akademik veri tabanları tarafından taranarak aldık. Bu sayıdan sonra bu değerli görevi çok değerli bilim insanlarına devrediyoruz. Yayınlanmaya başladığından beri kalite çizgisini sürekli artıran dergimizin aynı düşüncede devam edeceğine yönelik inancımız tamdır. Kurulduğundan beri yardım ve desteklerini hiç esirgemeyen editör yardımcılarıma, yazı kuruluna, yayın ve danışma kurullarına teşekkür ediyorum. Bu sayıdan sonra da dergiye katkımızı hiç esirgemeyeceğiz. Derginin okuyucuları içerisinde yer alacağız. Dear Readers, We are excited to be with you again with our eighth issue; and share our contentment to have come this far in academic publishing within a short period of time. We continue to stand firm in our scientific approach and position whilst moving towards to our fourth year in publishing. Our journal gets the attention of various prestigious academic databases as a result of applying the scientific criteria and standard of academic publishing. Following the publication of this issue, we hand over this valuable duty to esteemed scholars. We believe that our journal which continuously increased its quality from the very first day of its publication, will continue to be published in the same manner.
