Asgari Ücret Zamlarına Yönelik Sosyal Medya Tepkilerinin Veri Madenciliği Yöntemiyle İncelenmesi

Ücret politikalarındaki en önemli sosyal politika araçlarından biri olan asgari ücret mekanizması, çalışanların temel
insani ihtiyaçlarının karşılanmasını sağlayacak ücreti ifade eder. Türkiye’de asgari ücret çoğu ülkenin aksine genel
ücret hâline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada ise yaygın ücret niteliği olan ve bu nedenle daha fazla anlam kazanan asgari ücret
uygulaması mercek altına alınmıştır. Çalışmanın temel araştırma konusu ise toplumun asgari ücret zamlarına yönelik
memnuniyet düzeyidir. 2023 yılının ikinci yarısı ve 2024 yılının tamamı için uygulanmış asgari ücret zamları ile 2025
yılı için belirlenmiş asgari ücret tutarıyla ilgili Youtube haberlerine gelen yorumlar çalışmada incelenmiştir. Söz
konusu yorumlar veri madenciliği yöntemi ile analiz edilmiş ve iki ayrı analizle iki farklı uygulamaya dair karşılaştırma
yapılmıştır. Analiz kapsamında hesaplamalı sosyal bilimler yaklaşımı araştırmada tercih edilmiştir. Araştırma
sonucunda, Youtube kullanıcılarının çoğunluğunun asgari ücret zamlarından memnun olmadığı ve hoşnutsuzluklarını
sosyal sorunlar üzerinden ifade ettikleri açığa çıkartılmıştır.
Biochemical and Histological Analysis of Collagen Content in Lung, Liver and Kidney Tissues of Rats Treated With Beta Vulgaris L. Var. Cicla

Objective: Collagen is a fundamental component of the
extracellular matrix (ECM) and plays a critical role in organ
structure, cellular functions, and wound healing. Beta vulgaris L.
var. cicla (chard) is known for its diverse bioactive compounds,
including vitamins, flavonoids, and nitrates. Chard has been
associated with numerous health benefits, such as antioxidant,
anti-inflammatory, and antidiabetic effects. This study
investigates the impact of chard on collagen content in vital
organs, specifically the lung, liver, and kidney.
Methods: The rats divided into two groups: the control and the
chard given group. The chard extract was administered to rats
at a dose of 100 mg/kg per day for 7 days. On the 8th day, the
rats were sacrificed, and tissues from the lung, kidney, and liver
were collected. The collagen content was measured using both
biochemical and histological analyses.
Results: Chard administration exhibited tissue-specific effects
on collagen content: it increased collagen in the lung, decreased
it in the liver significantly, and had no effect on kidney collagen.
These biochemical changes were supported by histological
results in the lung and kidney; however, no significant
histological changes were observed in the liver. These varied
effects might be related to differences in collagen metabolism
and regulatory mechanisms across tissues.
Conclusion: The findings suggest that chard, due to its distinct
effects on collagen synthesis and ECM remodeling, holds
promise as a potential therapeutic agent for applications such as
wound healing, tissue strengthening, and antifibrotic therapy.
Further studies on the mechanisms underlying these effects are
necessary to fully understand the potential of chard in clinical
applications.
Some New Fibonacci Matrices and Error Detecting-Correcting Codes

The rapid and accurate transfer of information is essential in today’s digital
world, where error detecting and correcting codes play a crucial role. In this context,
Fibonacci numbers have been extensively applied in coding theory, particularly in coding
structures based on Fibonacci polynomials and symmetric matrices. This study proposes
a novel coding framework by defining and using some new Fibonacci matrices with
their determinants. The properties of these matrices are analyzed to construct efficient
coding and error correction mechanisms. The proposed structure enables the transmission
of larger data volumes in a single iteration without compromising the error correction
performance, demonstrating the potential of Fibonacci matrices for reliable and efficient
information transfer.
