Some New Fibonacci Matrices and Error Detecting-Correcting Codes

The rapid and accurate transfer of information is essential in today’s digital
world, where error detecting and correcting codes play a crucial role. In this context,
Fibonacci numbers have been extensively applied in coding theory, particularly in coding
structures based on Fibonacci polynomials and symmetric matrices. This study proposes
a novel coding framework by defining and using some new Fibonacci matrices with
their determinants. The properties of these matrices are analyzed to construct efficient
coding and error correction mechanisms. The proposed structure enables the transmission
of larger data volumes in a single iteration without compromising the error correction
performance, demonstrating the potential of Fibonacci matrices for reliable and efficient
information transfer.

The Doctors of the Future: Leadership Style for Generation Alpha

This study explores the most suitable leadership styles for Alpha Generation physicians amid digital
transformation in healthcare. With technological advances, AI-driven decision-making, and evolving
patient expectations, traditional leadership models may not align with the digital-native, fast-learning,
and tech-savvy Alpha Generation. This research examines transformational, digital, and servant leadership's impact on physicians' professional development, aiming to create a managerial approach suited
for the digital era. Unlike existing literature, it specifically addresses leadership styles tailored to Alpha
Generation doctors. Using a systematic literature review via databases like Scopus, Web of Science, and
PubMed, this study contributes both theoretically and practically to healthcare management by offering
insights for future healthcare leaders.
Indirect Effects of Relationship Quality on Organizational Commitment among Academics in Sports Sciences: The Mediating Roles of Psychological Empowerment and Organizational Cynicism

This study examines the mediating role of psychological empowerment and organizational cynicism in
the relationship between leader-member exchange (LMX) and organizational commitment among
academics in sports science faculties in Turkey. Conducted as a cross-sectional survey with 405
participants (72.8% male, mean age=41.62) from various universities in Turkey, this research employed
the PROCESS macro in SPSS to conduct a multiple mediation analysis. The findings revealed positive
associations among the variables, particularly highlighting the direct impact of academics' LMX on
organizational commitment. Additionally, the study identified a relative influence of organizational
cynicism and empowerment on organizational commitment. Thus, it was concluded that relationship
quality indirectly affects organizational commitment through these mediating factors. By examining
the mediation processes between LMX and organizational commitment, this study contributes
significantly to the existing literature. Moreover, the necessity for academic institutions to develop
policies and programs designed to strengthen interactions between leaders and academics is
emphasized. Furthermore, focusing on strategies to enhance trust and collaboration among
employees and implementing measures to reduce organizational cynicism are essential. These
measures include establishing transparent communication channels, promoting supportive leadership
practices, and organizing activities to enhance employee participation. By adopting such measures,
academic institutions can enhance employee commitment and foster a more productive work
environment.
Intellectual Structure of Behavioural Intentions Studies in Tourism and Hospitality: A Bibliometric Overview

Recent studies in the field of tourism and hospitality (T&H) have intensively focused on tourists’
behavioural intentions (BIs). However, no study investigates BIs specifically in T&H using a bibliometric approach. Thus, there is a need for bibliometric research to investigate BIsresearch in T&H.
In this regard, this article focuses on demonstrating the current state of scientific studies regarding
BIs in T&H. This study adopts bibliometric methods to examine BIs studies published in the field
of T&H in general, using the Web of Science (WoS) database for this purpose. VOSviewer software
was employed to examine the patterns in publications, prominent authors, and journals, contributing countries, and universities. This analysis drew on 382 documents from the WoS database,
spanning the years 2000 to 2022. The findings demonstrate that over the past 20 years, BIs research has grown significantly and has gradually attained diversity in research topics. In addition,
destination image, loyalty, satisfaction, and motivation are frequently associated with BIs. Based
on the results of the study, several suggestions are made for future research.
