dc.description.abstractAraştırmada okul yöneticilerinin karar stratejilerinin iş tatmini üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırma İstanbul 39 ilçesinde görev yapan 380 okul yöneticisiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin toplanması için "Kişisel Bilgi Formu", "Karar Stratejileri Ölçeği" ve "İş Tatmini Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Araştırma SPSS 21.0 paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Analizlerde cinsiyet, medeni durum, Karar Stratejileri ve Okul Yönetimi alanında eğitim alma durumu değişkeni için normallik değerlerine göre İlişkisiz "t" testi ve Mann Whitney U testi, yaş, gelir düzeyi, çalışılan okul türü, yöneticilikte unvan, çalışılan okuldaki öğretmen, öğrenci ve yönetici sayısı için, öğrenim düzeyi, meslekte ve yöneticilikte kıdem, mezun olunan fakülte değişkenleri için normalliğe göre Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (ANOVA) testi ve Kruskal Wallis-H testi kullanılmıştır. Okul yöneticilerinin Karar Verme Stratejileri ile İş Tatmini arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek üzere ise Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyon Analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda araştırmaya katılan okul yöneticilerinin Mantıklı Karar Verme alt boyutu puanları İçtepisel, Bağımlı ve Kararsız Karar Verme alt boyutu puanlarına göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olduğu, Genel ve İçsel İş Tatminlerinin yüksek düzeyde, Dışsal Tatminlerinin ise orta düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Diğer yandan İş Tatmini Genel Puanları, İçsel Tatmin alt boyutu ve Dışsal Tatmin alt boyutu puanları ile Mantıklı Karar Verme alt boyutu puanları arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki bulunduğu, İş Tatmini Genel Puanları, İçsel Tatmin alt boyutu ve Dışsal Tatmin alt boyutu puanları ile İçtepisel Karar Verme, Bağımlı Karar Verme, Kararsız Karar Verme alt boyutu puanları arasında ise negatif yönde istatistikî olarak anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır. dc.description.abstractThe effect of school administrators' decision strategies on job satisfaction was examined in the study. The survey was conducted with 380 school administrators working in 39 provinces of Istanbul. "Personal Information Form", "Decision Strategies Scale" and "Job Satisfaction Scale" were used to collect the data. The study was analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 package program. According to the normality values for gender, marital status, decision strategies and school management in the field of education, Mann Whitney U test, age, income level, type of school studied, title in management, teacher, student and manager (ANOVA) test and Kruskal Wallis-H test were used for the degree of education, vocational and managerial seniority, graduation faculty variables normality, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The Pearson Moments Multiplication Correlation Analysis was applied to determine the relationship between School Managers' Decision Making Strategies and Job Satisfaction. As a result of the research, it was determined that the school administrators who participated in the research had significantly higher scores on the Logical Decision Making subscale scores than those with the Intrinsic, Dependent and Undecided Decision Making subscales, and that General and Internal Job Satisfaction was high and External Satisfaction was moderate. On the other hand, there was a significant positive correlation between Job Satisfaction Overall Scores, Internal Satisfaction subscale and External Satisfaction subscale scores and Logical Decision Making subscale scores, Job Satisfaction Overall Scores, Internal Satisfaction Subscale and External Satisfaction subscale scores, , Dependent Decision Making, Undecided Decision Making subscale scores were statistically significant in negative direction.
