Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde Hemşirelerin Hukuki Mevzuata Göre Bilgi Düzeyi Farklılıklarının Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Hemşirelik mesleği uygulamalarında, gerek mesleki, gerekse hukuki sorumluluk açısından; bilgisizlikler, belirsizlikler olduğu öngörülmekte olup, hemşirelerin, tabi oldukları hukuki mevzuat, görev yetki ve sorumlulukları ile ilgili çalışmaların sürekli olarak geliştirilmesi, hizmet kalitesi açısından önemli yararlar sağlayabilecektir. Sürekli gelişmeler karşısında, mevcut bilgi eksikliğine dikkat çekerek mesleklerini icra ettikleri süre içerisinde hukuki sorunlar ve uygulama hataları ile karşılaşmamaları için yapılması gereken çalışmalar ve alınması gereken önlemlerin ortaya konulmasına ihtiyaç olduğu değerlendirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, "Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde Hemşirelerin Hukuki Mevzuata Göre Bilgi Düzeyi Farklılıklarının Değerlendirilmesi " konusunun analizi için 253 hemşire ile tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Anket soruları demografik değişkenler, mevzuat ve hemşirelik uygulamalarından oluşmaktadır Çalışmada veriler, literatür ışığında araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan anket formu kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Veriler SPSS proğramında değerlendirilmiş, sayı ve yüzde olarak tartışılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan 253 hemşirenin demografik değişkenleri incelendiğinde; olguların en fazla acil servis ve ameliyathane birimlerinde çalışmakta olup bu her iki birimde de 21 hemşire bulunmaktadır. Elde edilen verilere göre; çalışanların önemli bir bölümü tabi oldukları mevzuatı ve sorumluluklarını bilmemekte veya yanlış bilmektedir. Çalışmada yapılan regresyon analizleri sonucunda; çalışanların çalışma saatlerinin normal çalışma süresinin üzerinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışanların tanıklık sorumlulukları, emirlere uyma sorumlulukları, tedavi görme sorumlulukları, sır saklama sorumlulukları, tazminat sorumluluklarının birbirlerini etkilediği sonucuna varılmıştır. In this study, "Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital Nurses in Accordance With the Regulations About The Law of the Duties and Responsibilities Of The Level Of Knowledge About Specified In His Evaluation " as the subject of analysis is made for 253 nurse identifier. The survey questions demographic variables, consists of legal legislation and nursing practice. Study data, in light of the questionnaire prepared by the researcher using literature. Participants in the study examined demographic variables of 253 nurse; most of the cases the emergency room and operating theatre is currently running in this in both units 21 nurse. According to the data obtained, a significant part of nurses that are subject to the regulations and is aware of the responsibilities we are ignorant of or wrong. As a result of the regression analyses conducted in the study; the nurses ' working hours the normal working time has been determined to be on. The testimony of the nurses responsibilities, responsibilities of orders, treatment responsibilities, confidentiality responsibilities, it was concluded that compensation influenced each other of their responsibilities.
