Sürdürülebilirlik, Yalın Üretim, Verimlilik ve Yalınlık Kavramlarının Uygulamaları

Abstract

Yaşadığımız dönemde, gezegenimizdeki kaynaklar giderek azalmakta ve bir çok hayati öneme sahip ihtiyaçlar da insanoğlunun eliyle tahribata uğramaktadır. İsraf önemlidir. Amaç: Bu makalede, yapılan bu tahribatın en aza indirilmesini sağlayacak çok daha “sürdürülebilir” stratejilerin inşaat sektörü ve endüstriyel verimlilik açısından nasıl olabileceği konusu araştırılmıştır. Kapsam: Bu açıdan, inşaat sektöründeki atıklar ve israfla birlikte kurumsal sürdürülebilirlik ve sürdürülebilirliğin doğal çevre ile olan etkileşimi, temiz teknolojinin kullanımı, kaynak verimliliği, temiz teknoloji kullanımı, kirliliğin önlenmesi, yeşil binaların inşası, sürdürülebilirlik ve sosyal çevre ilişkileri araştırılmıştır. Yöntem: Bu çalışma tarama modeli kapsamında betimsel analiz tekniği ile gerçekleştirilmiştir.Yalın üretim ve yalın inşaat kavramı ise endüstriyel verimlilik noktasında değerlendirilirken değişik örnekler sunulmuştur.

In the period we live, the resources on our planet are gradually diminishing, and the needs of many vital precautions are being destroyed by the hands of mankind. Waste is important. Method: In this article, the question of how much more “sustainable” strategies could be taken in terms of the construction sector and industrial productivity, which would ensure that this destruction is minimized. In this respect, the wastes of construction sector have explored the interrelationship of institutional sustainability and interaction of sustainability with the natural environment, use of clean technology, resource efficiency, clean technology use, pollution prevention, green building construction, sustainability and social environment. Content: This study was carried out with descriptive analysis technique in the context of the screening model. The concept of lean production and lean construction is evaluated at the point of industrial productivity and various examples are presented.
